Branded residences continue to attract substantial interest and press coverage around the globe; I was pleased to chat recently about this sector with property writer Catherine Moye (see link to her article below).
There is little sign of this interest abating, as further evidenced by Marriott’s recent announcement that it plans to expand its branded residences by 70% by 2022. As highlighted in my report “Branded Residences: An Overview”, there are still some vast untapped global markets, notably South America and Africa, where significant growth is also predicted.
