A new report on branded residences was launched to a senior audience of real estate and hospitality industry leaders last week at The Charlotte Street Hotel in London.

With contributions and insights from many experts spanning the industry, “Branded Residences: An Overview” explores the reasons behind the sector’s remarkable growth and examines its place in the global property market in 2016 and beyond.

One of the real estate industry’s fastest growing sectors, the market in the Far East alone is valued at over $16 billion. Described as “the most game-changing development in the London luxury property and hospitality market”, the branded residences concept is attracting increasing numbers of developers, hotel operators, investors and buyers across the globe – in spite of the fact that they sell at an average 30% premium over comparable non-branded residential real estate products.

The 28-page report’s author Chris Graham, MD at leading international real estate marketing consultancy Graham Associates, presented a summary of the key observations and findings from the report, after which a panel of leading industry experts discussed the report’s conclusions in greater detail. Chaired by former Estates Gazette editor Peter Bill, the distinguished panel included James Price, Vice President (Residential) at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Daniel von Barloewen, Head of Savills International Development Consultancy, Arlett Hoff, Director at HVS Global Hospitality Services, and Julian Houchin, Commercial Director of iO Adria.

International Real Estate Marketing for Zlota 44 by Daniel Liebskind

The Polish economy and real estate market are thriving, so we are delighted to have been appointed to advise on the international real estate marketing strategy for Daniel Liebskind’s iconic Zlota 44 in Warsaw (the EU’s tallest residential building).

The spacious apartments and penthouses, all with floor to ceiling windows throughout to optimise the spectacular views, have been thoughtfully designed by Woods Bagot to deliver a luxury living experience such as has never been offered previously in Poland.

The campaign breaks early in 2016 and we are currently busy preparing the collateral and planning the launch across several markets.

Looking after the Environment

Following a referral from a former client leading to a five-way pitch, Graham Associates has been awarded the contract to design two new websites for the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM), based in Farringdon in the City of London.

The first stage of the project involves a comprehensive strategic review to develop a more streamlined package of content, services and benefits to offer to members. The websites will also be integrated with the client’s CRM and online booking systems.

Both sites will be launched in the Autumn.

The Algarve Market Heats Up

Graham Associates has been appointed to develop and manage the international real estate marketing programme for the re-launch of an impressive range of real estate (over 450 units) at three of Oceanico Group‘s Algarve beach and golf resorts (Amendoeira, Belmar and Baia da Luz), working closely with Savills.

A visit to each of the resorts with a full day client workshop took place last week, in preparation for the launch campaign that will break next week.  New advertisements have been designed promoting the three resorts and a comprehensive Algarve real estate report has been commissioned from independent local experts ILM, incorporating feedback from the region’s leading agents that confirms the recent resurgence in the local market.

Graham Associates Wins Two More Best Development Marketing awards

Graham Associates has picked up two more awards for Best Development Marketing at the International Property Awards 2014-15, held in Los Angeles last month.

The awards were presented for our international real estate marketing work in planning the successful launch strategy and media campaign for a new residential golf and lifestyle resort in Nova Scotia, Canada. It included the prestigious 5* award, which automatically qualifies us for the global finals next year, where we will be judged against 5* winners in the other international regions competing for the “Best of the Best” title.

Judging was carried out through “a meticulous process involving a panel of over 60 experts from all areas of the international property business“.

Graham Associates has been appointed to manage the international real estate marketing for The Chedi Residences in Andermatt, Switzerland, working alongside Savills Alpine Homes.

The newly-appointed team’s visit to the resort last week to view the site(s) and enjoy the Chedi experience confirmed in our minds what we had been hearing – that it is truly the best hotel in the Alps.  The premium quality of the finishes and furnishings, the attention to detail and the service are exceptional, and the private residences are spacious and well designed.

Andermatt is exempt from the strict Lex Koller legislation governing second home ownership in Switzerland, meaning that – highly unusually – foreigners can buy and sell single and multiple units here without restrictions.

The Chedi Residences will launch in the UK in June, rolling out in other target markets over the coming year.
